Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically 5 to 8 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Canada Shipping We ship to Canada via FedEx International Connect Plus. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically 5 to 10 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. Little Touchprints has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays Little Touchprints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages Little Touchprints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us at contact@littletouchprints.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Little Touchprints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@littletouchprints.com. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only. We are working to expand our shipping options and will update this policy when additional international shipping becomes available.
